The Hampton Roads area is full of delicious eateries ready to be explored by the residents of the Waypoint communities! For lunch, dinner, or a special Sunday brunch, don’t miss out on a meal at The Grey Goose on Old Hampton Lane!
Two Culinary Experts Provide a Delicious Menu
Dana Clark Epstein and her husband Phillip Epstein own and operate The Grey Goose. Dana comes from a line of business owners in Hampton and has always loved the restaurant even before she bought it. She has a long list of culinary achievements, having graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. Her husband, Phillip, also has a degree from the same university and majored in baking and pastry. Together they offer a delicious array of hearty fare!
The Grey Goose is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11am-3pm. It is during this time that you can order one of their “Gourmet Grilled Cheeses” with stuffing ingredients that range from brie to apples, to pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, to red pepper aioli! For dinner, served Tuesday through Friday from 4:30-8pm, try their Fried Rappahannock Catfish with creole marmalade or their gluten-free Brussels Bake with yellow squash, red rice pilaf, and a sunny egg. Their dinner sides are extensive and include Rosemary Cheddar Grits, Pimento Cheese Mashers, and Fried Okra. For Sunday brunch, 10am-2pm, don’t miss out on their “Famous French Toast” with a choice of toppings: Bananas Foster, mixed berries, or Nutella. You can also order something savory such as the Shrimp and Grits, or Eggs O’Brien with a poached egg, spinach, artichoke, and a biscuit.
Whether you are looking for a great brunch spot on the weekend or need a good home-cooked meal, The Grey Goose has something for everyone! For more information on the area of Hampton Roads or to find your new home here, contact us and we would love to assist you!Back to all posts
